Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Add function to automatically ban a user/IP from submitting block recommendations for a given amount of time after they suggested e.g. 3 instances/h. It also seems to be a good idea to validate the existence of a suggested domain before opening a pull request that has to be verified manually by an admin.
