  Qt interface:

  • Added menu
  • Added desktop file
  • Made the add entry dialog non-blocking
  • Bugfixes:
    • Don't name new receipts "Test"
    • Set window title for add entry dialog
    • After the first entry was added, the header names would be reset to 1, 2, 3

  The Qt interface has now the same features as the text interface.
