Instance began when Derek had a video taken off his last instance about how people should stop using firefox after Mozilla said "nazi millitants are bad." The first video is using #metoo to complain about being moderated. COC contains "No promotion of Anarchism or Anti-Capitalism." and "...no promotion of Socialism or Communism." It also blocks very few instances. Derek has said Donald Trump isn't a racist because he used to be a democrat.

I don't see how that's relevant.
