According to this meta-analysis[1], the estimated prevalence of HIV among transgender women is 14.1% – thats ~10% lower than the picture says (25%). The number for blk trans women seems to be wrong too, in the analysis it says that only 44% of blk trans women are estimated to live with HIV while the image says that "more than ½ of all Black transgender women are estimated to be living with HIV".

Shall we report the user or the content they posted to their instance admins because of misinformation? Recommending to block the entire instance because of one user seems unreasonable to me, because the CoC of fosstodon explicitly forbids transphobic content[2].
