This instance does not block any other instances, according to their /about/more. There is also a free speech agenda on this instance. I would recommend blocking them immediately.

TeDomum distinguishes two categories of infringements:

personal injury refers to any action that has the purpose or effect of harming the physical or psychological integrity of another person; offences against property concern any action that has the aim or effect of damaging the integrity of common property or property owned by others.

I'm Jae, TeDomum admin here!

Be assured we do have moderation on our instance and despite what the original report said, we do not have a "free speech agenda on this instance" (read correctly dammit) as 'free speech' instances usually won't ban or do any actions for anything you say.
This is not the case on TeDomum's instance, as said in the 'Atteintes a la personne' section of our TOS, we are banning/suspending/silencing for:

Outrage, defamation, insults
Incitment to hatred
Hate speech (usually banning this is 'against free speech')
Discriminatory speech

And so on.
We do silence, block and ban users as it is our job to maintain a safe climate on this instance.

The person that reported our instance was probably under the effect of anger (maybe after fighting with a user that is now banned from our instance).

I'd like to add a small personal note: before reporting instances on a blocklist as large as this one; please, please think a little bit; it's not because there's one problematic user that the whole instance is like gab; beforehand, contact the admins/mods, make a report, there is no stupid questions and an admin/mod will happily handle and answer your request.
