Last update to dxvk ebuilds broke build for users not yet migrated from 17.0 profile to 17.1 profile, since /usr/lib and /usr/lib64 is same directory on 17.0 profile on amd64 machines. This change should fix ebuilds for all profiles since paths aren't hardcoded.

Also, updated SRS_URI to rename downloaded archives to dxvk-$version.tar.gz which is more meaningful than just v$version.tar.gz and less likely to collide with some other ebuild's source archive.

Since I updated manifest, it's not signed.
